The Member of Parliament for Nottingham East, Chris Leslie, toured Domestic & General’s recently refurbished Nottingham call centre on Friday 27 April, and met with the company’s CEO, Ian Mason.

D&G, the market leading appliance care specialist in the UK, has invested £3.4 million in the refurbishment of its Nottingham call centre on Talbot Street, which employs over 700 people and reopened in December 2017.

Commenting on the visit Chris Leslie MP said: "Thank you to D&G in Nottingham for letting me look around and learn about their appliance protection call centre; great to have such a strong customer service skills base in our city."

Ian Mason, CEO of Domestic & General, added: "We take great pride in being one of the largest employers in Nottingham and look forward to growing our colleague base from across the local area. We were delighted to renew our commitment to Nottingham with the opening of our new call centre facility."
