Domestic & General Limited* was incorporated on 9 August 2013 and along with its subsidiary undertakings was formed by funds advised by CVC Capital Partners in order to enable the acquisition of Domestic & General Group Holdings Limited and its subsidiary companies, and to continue the business of this Group.
The board of Domestic & General Limited have delegated the day to day operations of the business to the Domestic & General Leadership Group.
