    valued customers

The UK’s leading appliance care specialist, Domestic & General, has announced the winners of its annual Total Excellence and Quality awards, crowning six winners across the categories of domestic appliances, consumer electrics, central heating, and central repairs. The winners are as follows:

Domestic Appliances – Christchurch Domestic Appliances
Consumer Electrics – Les Preston TV Video Repairs Ltd
Central Heating – Nationwide Heating Services Limited
Central Repairs – Console Doctor LTD
Central Heating (OEM) – Vaillant Service
Domestic Appliance (OEM) – Miele

The TEQ awards are sponsored and administered by D&G and are awarded based on feedback from our online post repair survey from over 200,000 customers following an appliance repair or service. The survey asks customers about every step of the journey from the initial booking and quality of the service through to the engineer’s courtesy and their overall experience.

The winners of these awards represent the best in their field and the positive feedback from D&G customers demonstrates the outstanding service that these engineers offer and the care they have for their customers.

Paul Read, Group Service Director at Domestic & General, said: “We are delighted to announce the winners of our annual TEQ awards and this year’s recipients represent the best in customer care within the home appliance industry. Our partners work incredibly hard, particularly throughout the pandemic, and we’re glad to see that this effort and diligence has been recognised by their customers.”
